Guess who pays for the uninsured people who visit the emergency rooms to get their care?

We have to pay for citizens who are uninsured, the so called free riders! You and i, and all insured Americans, pay more than a $1000 for this care. Premiums are high because this emergency room care isnt for free. This law prevents free riders to drive up the costs for the rest of us, and will save $750 billion in medicare! Dont believe the propaganda of the health care industry, who oppose this bill

The affordable health care act was written by insurance corporations. Medicaid will only be expanded to people who are 133% below the poverty line, which means individuals who make under $14,000 a year. That means someone who works full time at McDonald’s is not eligible for medicaid, they will be forced to buy private insurance. How is this Health Care Act helping the poor again. This would be equivalent to forcing a homeless person to buy a house when they obviously don’t have the money.

  4. wjksea says:

Correction, they don’t necessarily get healthier but they end up costing less.

  5. wjksea says:

It’s nice when people try to be a little truthful about who they are.

  6. wjksea says:

It’s only managing the few free loaders who are not insured that we pay for when they come to the emergency room. The rest of us will keep our insurance as it is and our premiums should go down but probably won’t because the wall street driven private insurance companies never focus on anything much else than maximizing profits. It’s hard for people to understand, but emergency care is more expensive than routine healthcare.

  7. wjksea says:

No, they get healthier being forced to buy insurance but then when they do get sick they currently are ending up in hospitals costing the taxpayer who is also privately insured to pay a lot more. We don’t kick the sick out into the street to die. Hell if we did dispose of them, that’s not free. Do you know how much the nazis spent killing off people?

  8. wjksea says:

Some believe it better to give free aid to others when they are sick while you support giving out free ammunition to threaten the lives of other. It appears to be a difference of values.

  9. Sportybob says:

Wow, you seem proud to be a fucking loser. Genetics. I guarentee your family is all on welfare, food stamps, and whatever else the 50 or so that still have jobs can afford to give you. When the shooting starts, we aren’t handing out free guns and ammunition asshole.

Congratulations to Chief Justice John Roberts and President Obama on the Supreme Court decision to uphold the Affordable Health Care Act. It was an impressive decision based on solid legal arguments. The Tea Party Idiots will continue to rant and rave over the decision, even though most of them are too stupid to know what’s in the law or the Decision, they’ve had their day. This will not be repealed by Congress, nor should it. Way to go Chief Justice Roberts. Tough day for the Tea Morons.

I told people on here fit over a year that the mandate would survive because it is in FACT constitutional. I study Constitutional Law and if one reads how Congress and the Supreme Court gave more mandate powers since the the Great Depression, you’ll see why.

  14. CriticalThinkingChnl says:

Ginsburg doesn’t even believe in our constitution. It’s better to let congress decide? Uhm, the mob mentality is what’s wrong with this country. This is ridiculous.

  15. xerakis says:

why are alll these bullshit IRS agents being hired for nobamacare, what the fuck do iRS agentys have to do with healthcare ?? all you stupid libs ever ask yourself that???

  16. shibbyguy420 says:

People who overeat and sit on their ass all day are not going to get healthier because the government told them they have to obtain health insurance

  17. iwatchutubevids says:

Lol you truly are an idiot if you will qualify for free healthcare, or you’re at least poor. I think you must not understand your own comment. You said that Americans will be obligated to buy from insurance companies that will “jack” up prices. In reality most not poor people (you are poor haha) will keep their very same insurance plan at a possibly modified cost. Any price change will trade-off for what we were paying for in emergency room taxes now. You’re poor you should love this

  18. LuvChaos says:

Hey dumbo, read your own words: “The design is forcing Americans to buy a product from companies who will now jack up the prices because all citizens are forced by law to become their customers.”

That’s a LIE. Now come back when you’re able to get BASIC facts straight.
